Skill set: techno-functional integration roles, mid to senior level
Strong Oracle integration (OIC), P2P and O2C module understanding
Technical, not pure SME: must understand procurement/invoicing data flows
Customer-facing, autonomous: consultants run projects independently
Oracle Fusion certifications expected (customer requirement)
Project structure: avg. 3 months per country implementation
Each consultant handles 4-5 projects concurrently
Cross-trained on Client products post-hire
TR positions consultants as client partners, not back-end support
Location: Bangalore (Whitefield office); hybrid, 2 days in-office

OIC certification is Must
