Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC/NSIP) Developer with strong NetSuite experience. You'll design, build, and maintain the integrations that connect our clients' enterprise systems, owning end-to-end integration flows—from requirements and design through development, testing, deployment, and production support—linking applications such as Salesforce, eCommerce marketplaces like Shopify, Amazon and EDI platforms to NetSuite. This is a hands-on role for someone who can work independently, deliver defined project milestones, and enjoys solving real business problems through clean, reliable, well-monitored integrations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), applying appropriate patterns (app-driven/orchestration, scheduled, and event-based).
- Build and configure OIC adapters and connections (REST, SOAP, FTP/File, Database, NetSuite, Oracle ERP, Salesforce, SAP, and custom endpoints).
- Develop data mappings and transformations using XSLT, XPath, JSON, and XML.
- Implement robust error handling, fault management, logging, monitoring, and alerting for all integration flows.
- Manage the OIC development lifecycle: connections, lookups, libraries, packages, and deployments/promotions across environments (Dev → Test → Prod).
- Build and support NetSuite integrations such as record syncs, transaction flows, and custom endpoints.
- Integrate ERP/CRM and SaaS platforms, ensuring data integrity and reliable, secure data exchange.
- Provision, configure, and manage integration components on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Collaborate with business analysts, functional consultants, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Support UAT, troubleshoot and resolve production issues, and tune integrations for performance and scalability.
- Produce clear technical documentation: integration designs, interface specs, mapping documents, and support runbooks.
- Follow version control, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices for integration delivery.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on development experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Strong command of OIC integration patterns, adapters, orchestration, and scheduling.
- Proficiency with REST and SOAP web services, JSON, XML, XSLT, and XPath.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite
- Experience integrating major ERP/CRM systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle ERP Cloud/Fusion, Salesforce, or SAP).
- Solid working experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) provisioning, networking basics, IAM, and managing cloud resources.
- Solid understanding of API and integration security: OAuth 2.0, certificates, WS-Security, and encryption.
- Experience with error handling, retries, fault management, and monitoring in production integrations.
- Strong SQL / PL-SQL skills and comfort working with relational databases.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent practical experience.
Preferred / Nice-to-Have
- Oracle Integration Cloud certification (or related Oracle Cloud certifications).
- Experience with Visual Builder (VBCS), Process Automation, and Integration Insight.
- B2B / EDI integration experience.
- NetSuite experience, including SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, and saved searches.
- Experience with CI/CD tooling and Git-based version control for OIC deliverables.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Exposure to messaging/event platforms and microservices architectures.
