Location : Pan India
Experience : 7 - 10 Yrs
Job Description:-
- Responsible to lead Oracle Applications support and enhancement projects
- To lead the overall solution from Oracle Applications HCM functional perspective for complex projects
- Required expertise in PL/SQL, HRMS API’s, Oracle Reports Fast Formula,
- Good Business Knowledge on Oracle E-Business Suite Modules like (Core HR, Payroll, OTL, Absence management, Performance management, Self Service and Learning management)
- and Oracle Apps Technical
- Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment
- Lead experience is necessary, should have led and delivered complex business solutions with client facing experience
- Knowledge on integrations to HCM modules
- Should have minimum 7- 10 years of experience on Oracle Applications HCM modules
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Must be able to multitask, evaluate high priorities and deliver quality performance under pressure
- Exceptional customer service orientation, with a focus professional interaction with all customers, contractors and vendors, both internal and external.
