Looking for experienced professionals with strong expertise in Oracle HRMS

Key Skills Required:

• Core HR

• Absence Management

• End-to-End Implementation Experience

• Good understanding of HR business processes

• Experience in configuration, testing & support

Responsibilities:

• Work on Core HR and Absence Management modules

• Handle full lifecycle implementations

• Gather business requirements and translate into solutions

• Coordinate with stakeholders and provide functional support
