Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- 8 to 10 Years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Core HR, Payroll and OTL modules
- Strong Experience in configurations of Oracle Core HR, Payroll and OTL modules
- Having experience of at least 2 end to end implementations
- Should have strong hands-on experience in PL/SQL development, Oracle APIs, Alerts, Data Conversion, Interfaces and Work Structures.
- Knowledge of HRMS Security, Workflows, Self Service Personalization, OAF Extensions, XML
- Publisher Reports, OBIEE/BIP Reports, and Web ADIs will be an added advantage.
- Requires excellent written & oral communication skills to work directly with customers on tickets
Minimum Qualification: 15 years of full-time education
