Role Description
We are seeking a dedicated professional for the Oracle HCM - Workforce Scheduling role. This full-time, hybrid position is based either in Hyderabad or Bengaluru, with flexibility for some remote work. Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing Oracle HCM Workforce Scheduling modules, integrating Oracle applications, conducting business process assessments, providing consulting services, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine strategies, resolve issues, and ensure successful project delivery.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Business Process optimization and reengineering
- Experience in Consulting and advising clients on best practices and solutions
- Proficiency with Oracle HR and Oracle Applications, including Oracle HCM modules
- Knowledge and hands-on experience in Integration and working with Oracle ecosystems
- Strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and collaborative abilities
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Information Technology, Human Resources)
- Prior experience in Oracle Workforce Management or HCM modules
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup and travel to client locations when required
