Job Title: Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant
Location: PAN India
Experience : 5+ Years

Project Specific Prerequisite Skills
- Experience in Guided and Contextual HCM Journey Setup (Client Requirement)
Functional Experience
- Core HR Journeys – Mandatory
- Absence Management – Mandatory
- Time and Labor – Good to Have
Technical Experience
- BI Publisher (BIP) – Mandatory
- OTBI – Mandatory
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules with focus on Core HR Journeys and Absence Management.
- Implement and manage Guided and Contextual HCM Journeys based on business requirements.
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements.
- Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher (BIP) and OTBI.
- Support enhancements, testing, deployment, and post-production activities for Oracle HCM solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and smooth project delivery.
- Provide functional and technical support for HCM-related issues and change requests.
- Prepare functional design documents, test scenarios, and user training materials as required.
- Participate in system testing, UAT support, and production support activities.
- Good understanding of Time and Labor processes will be an added advantage.
