Job Title: HCM Functional Consultant
Location: PAN India

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in guided and contextual HCM journey setup. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Core HR processes, Absence Management, and reporting tools like BIP and OTBI. This role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to design and deliver effective HCM solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and implement guided and contextual HCM journeys across employee lifecycle processes
- Work on Core HR Journeys, including onboarding, employee transitions, and other lifecycle events
- Configure and manage Absence Management modules, including leave policies, accrals, and compliance rules
- Support Time and Labor functionalities such as time entry, approvals, and scheduling (good to have)
- Develop and customize reports using BI Publisher (BIP)
- Create real-time dashboards and reports using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into system solutions
- Participate in implementation, enhancement, and support projects
- Troubleshoot issues and provide functional support to end users
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in HCM Functional Consulting
- Mandatory experience in:
- Core HR Journeys
- Absence Management
- BI Publisher (BIP)
- OTBI Reporting
- Good to have experience in Time and Labor module
- Strong understanding of guided and contextual HCM journey configuration
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in end-to-end HCM implementations or support projects
- Exposure to Oracle HCM Cloud or similar HCM platforms
