As an Oracle HCM - Talent Management - Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions
- Supporting seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications to optimize human resources processes
- Collaborating with clients to enhance talent management and achieve strategic objectives
- Conducting business analysis to identify opportunities for business process improvement
- Utilizing Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle Database for effective data management and reporting
- Engaging in project management tasks, including project budgeting and workforce planning
- Applying Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for advanced reporting and analytics
- Participating in employee engagement strategies and surveys to improve organizational culture
- Assisting in the development of human resources metrics and policies to support HR transformation initiatives
- Implementing change management strategies to facilitate smooth transitions within client organizations
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 1 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Utilizing Oracle SQL Developer for data management tasks
- Engaging in Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) projects
- Applying business analysis skills in client support scenarios
- Participating in strategic human resource planning initiatives
