Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud Total Reward Statements to reflect accurate and comprehensive employee compensation data.
• Create and manage Elements in Oracle HCM Cloud, ensuring accurate payroll and compensation processing.
• Develop and maintain Fast Formulas for use across compensation, benefits, and payroll modules.
• Configure and support Workforce Compensation Plans, including budgeting, modeling, and end-to-end cycle execution.
• Manage the data posting process from Workforce Compensation to Core HR, ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• Set up and configure Individual Compensation Plans (ICP), including plan components, eligibility profiles, and approval workflows.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into system solutions.
• Support testing, training, and deployment activities related to compensation modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to compensation configuration and processing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
