Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and Performance Management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM solutions to meet business requirements and enhance HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
Core HR
- Configure and manage Core HR modules including workforce structures, legal entities, business units, and positions
- Maintain employee lifecycle processes (hire, transfer, termination)
- Ensure data integrity and compliance with organizational policies
Payroll
- Lead payroll implementations and support payroll processing cycles
- Configure payroll elements, balances, fast formulas, and costing
- Troubleshoot payroll issues and ensure compliance with statutory regulations
Recruitment (Talent Acquisition)
- Configure and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
- Manage job requisitions, candidate workflows, and offer processes
- Partner with HR teams to optimize recruitment strategies and workflows
Performance Management
- Configure performance templates, goal plans, and evaluation processes
- Support performance review cycles and calibration processes
- Provide insights and improvements for employee performance tracking
General Responsibilities
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules based on business needs
- Conduct system testing (SIT/UAT) and support end users
- Provide production support and resolve functional issues
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and reporting
- Prepare documentation, user guides, and training materials
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM implementations/support
- Strong hands-on experience in Core HR, Payroll, Recruitment, and Performance Management
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud
- Knowledge of HR processes and best practices
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification
- Experience with additional modules like Compensation or Learning
- Familiarity with HDL, HCM Extracts, and BI Reports
- Experience in global HR/payroll implementations
