As part of the Business Application Consulting team you will implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions and drive workshops to meet client needs. As a Senior Associate, you will guide the configuration process, mentor colleagues, and đảm bảo impactful communication with clients and third-party vendors to achieve successful project outcomes.

What You Must Have
- Bachelor's Degree
- 5 to 8 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- 5 years of experience in Oracle Cloud HCM
- Experience in Core HR and Recruitment modules
- Demonstrating ability to develop colleagues
- Writing functional specifications and driving workshops
- Coordinating with 3rd party vendors for integrations
- Performing unit and end-to-end testing
- Understanding and analyzing client requirements

As a Senior Associate, you guide and mentor junior team members while maintaining professional and technical standards to deliver quality solutions. This role requires a minimum of five years of experience in cloud HCM and a Bachelor's Degree, along with the ability to build meaningful client relationships and navigate complexity in project execution.

- Minimum 16 years of formal education

- Ability to work independently and develop colleagues
- Experience in at least 2 to 3 modules
