Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant / Lead / Manager

Job Summary
We are looking for Oracle HCM Functional Consultants / Leads / Managers with hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM / Oracle EBS HCM implementations. The ideal candidate should possess strong functional expertise across core HCM modules, experience in end-to-end implementations, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable HR transformation solutions.
Depending on experience level, the candidate will contribute individually or lead functional delivery and team management across Oracle HCM projects.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Consulting & Configuration
- Work on Oracle HCM modules including:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Absence Management
- Talent Management
- Compensation
- Recruiting / ORC
- Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into functional specifications
- Perform system configuration, setup, testing, and validation
- Prepare functional documentation including BRDs, FDDs, and solution design documents
Implementation & Delivery
- Participate in or lead end-to-end Oracle HCM implementations, rollouts, and support projects
- Support project phases including:
- CRP
- SIT
- UAT
- Go-Live & Hypercare
- Drive business process improvements and HR transformation initiatives
- Ensure timely and high-quality project delivery
Stakeholder & Team Coordination
- Collaborate with HR leadership, business users, and cross-functional teams
- Conduct workshops, demos, CRPs, and solution walkthroughs
- Act as a bridge between business and technical teams
- Mentor junior consultants and support team development (for senior candidates)
Integrations & Data Migration
- Work with technical teams on:
- OIC integrations
- HDL / HCM Extracts
- REST/SOAP APIs
- Data migration and validation
- BI / OTBI reports and customizations
- Ensure seamless integration with Finance, Payroll costing, and third-party systems
Testing & Support
- Execute and support SIT/UAT cycles, defect tracking, and issue resolution
- Conduct user training sessions and provide post-go-live support
- Ensure smooth stabilization and SLA adherence for support engagements
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–12 years of Oracle HCM Functional consulting experience
- Hands-on expertise in:
- Core HR
- Payroll
- Absence Management
- Talent Management
- Compensation
- Recruiting / ORC
- Experience with Oracle Fusion HCM (preferred) / Oracle EBS HCM
- Strong understanding of end-to-end HR business processes
- Experience in functional configuration, testing, and documentation
- Exposure to integrations (OIC/APIs/HDL), data migration, and reporting
- Experience in at least 2–3 end-to-end implementations preferred for senior roles
- Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills
