Job Summary
We are hiring an experienced
Oracle HCM Consultant for our Bangalore location. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Oracle HCM modules, HR processes, employee lifecycle management, reporting, and system support.
Key Responsibilities
- Support and maintain Oracle HCM modules and HR applications
- Handle employee master data, onboarding, transfers, and exits
- Configure workflows, approvals, and HR processes in Oracle HCM
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS data
- Coordinate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams for system enhancements
- Resolve user issues and provide functional support
- Participate in testing, UAT, and implementation activities
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and data accuracy
- Support continuous process improvements and automation initiatives
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM / Oracle HRMS
- Good understanding of HR operations and employee lifecycle
- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud / EBS modules preferred
- Experience in reporting and data management
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Payroll / Compensation / Talent modules
- Immediate joiners preferred
- Exposure to ticketing tools / SLA support environment
