Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support Oracle Benefits module (plan types, eligibility profiles, life events)
Design and develop Fast Formulas for Benefits, Absence, Payroll integrations
Gather business requirements and translate into functional solutions
Perform system configurations, testing (SIT/UAT), and documentation
Work closely with technical team for integrations and reports
Provide production support and resolve issues
2.ORC+Talent Management
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and configure Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC)
Work on Talent Management modules (Performance, Goals, Succession)
Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle configuration
Gather requirements and conduct workshops with business users
Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and deployments
Provide ongoing support and enhancements
