We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to lead the end-to-end implementation, configuration, and optimization of Oracle Cloud HCM modules. You will partner with business stakeholders to translate HR strategies into scalable system configurations, manage system testing, and drive user adoption.
Key Responsibilitie
- sRequirements & Design: Lead requirement-gathering workshops, conduct fit-gap analysis, and map business processes to Oracle Cloud HCM capabilities
- .System Configuration: Configure foundational Oracle modules (Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, US Payroll)
- .Project Execution: Prepare functional design documents (BRD, FDD), design testing scenarios, and lead CRPs (Conference Room Pilots) and UAT (User Acceptance Testing)
- .Technical Collaboration: Partner with technical teams for integrations, data migrations, and the creation of HCM Extracts and BI Publisher/OTBI reports
- .Training & Support: Deliver end-user training, facilitate change management, and provide post-implementation production support

Essential Qualificatio
- nsExperience:10+ years of functional implementation experience with Oracle Cloud HC
- M.Implementation Track Record: Minimum of 2–3 full lifecycle end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations as a Functional Lea
- d.Module Expertise: Deep functional knowledge in Core HR, along with strong exposure to Compensation, Benefits, Talent Management, or US Payrol
