This is an excellent opportunity to join PwC Acceleration Center India and work on large-scale Oracle HCM Cloud transformation, implementation, enhancement, and support programs for global enterprise clients.

🔹 Key Responsibilities
✅ Gather and analyze business requirements and conduct fit-gap assessments.
✅ Design, configure, and implement Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for:
• Core HR
• Absence Management
• Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
✅ Configure Enterprise Structures, Workforce Structures, Jobs, Positions, Grades, Departments, and Locations.
✅ Configure Absence Plans, Accrual Rules, Time Consumer Sets, Time Entry Rules, and Approval Workflows.
✅ Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDD), Solution Design Documents (SDD), BRDs, Test Scripts, and User Training Documentation.
✅ Support SIT, UAT, Cutover, Production Deployment, Hypercare, and Post-Go-Live activities.
✅ Collaborate with technical teams on integrations, data migration, reporting, HCM Extracts, HDL loads, and system enhancements.
🔹 Required Experience & Skills
✔ 7+ years of Oracle HCM Functional Consulting experience.
✔ Strong hands-on expertise in:
• Oracle HCM Core HR
• Oracle Absence Management
• Oracle Time & Labor (OTL)
✔ Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementations, rollouts, support, enhancements, and transformation programs.
✔ Hands-on experience with:
• Oracle HDL (HCM Data Loader)
• HCM Extracts
• Functional Setup Manager (FSM)
✔ Strong understanding of:
• Oracle HCM Security & Roles
• Data Access Controls
• Approval Workflows
• Profile Options
✔ Experience with:
• OTBI Reporting
• BI Publisher
• Oracle HCM Analytics
