Oracle HCM Functional Consultant – Benefits & Compensation
7–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM (Functional)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Benefits and Compensation modules. The candidate should have around 8 years of overall experience, with proven ability to configure, implement, and support Oracle HCM Cloud solutions, particularly in compensation cycles and benefits administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support Oracle HCM Benefits & Compensation implementations
- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR stakeholders
- Configure:
- Compensation plans (merit, bonus, stock, allowances)
- Salary structures, budgets, and eligibility rules
- Benefits plans, programs, and life event processing
- Execute and manage annual compensation cycles
- Configure eligibility profiles, rate definitions, and plan types
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT teams
- Perform SIT, UAT support, and defect resolution
- Work on data migration, validation, and reporting
- Provide post-go-live support and enhancements
- Ensure compliance with local and global policies
Required Skills
- 7–10 years of experience in Oracle HCM (Functional)
- Strong expertise in:
- Benefits module (mandatory)
- Compensation module (mandatory)
- Experience in:
- Minimum 1–2 end-to-end implementations
- Compensation cycle management
- Benefits configuration and administration
- Good understanding of:
- Core HR & Payroll integration
- Approval workflows and eligibility rules
- Strong client interaction and requirement gathering skills
Good to Have
- Experience in Fast Formula development
- Exposure to Global benefits (US / UK / APAC)
- Knowledge of OTBI / BI reporting tools
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification
