Job Description – Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant (Payroll + OTL)
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Payroll and Oracle Time & Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate should have deep functional knowledge of payroll processing, time card validations, compliance, and end-to-end HCM business workflows.
The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders, HR teams, payroll users, and implementation teams to drive requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and production support.
