HCM Functional: OLC, Redwood UI
HCM Funtional -US Payroll
HCM Technical -Redwood
HCM Technical: Core HR OR Payroll OR ORC
Techno-Functional: Core HR, Absence, Compensation, Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Implement and support Oracle HCM Cloud modules
Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and provide solutions
Configure modules (Functional) / Develop integrations, reports (Technical)
Work on Redwood UI enhancements and OLC setups
Collaborate with business and cross-functional teams
Skills Required:
Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud
Relevant module expertise as per role
Experience in implementation/support projects
Good communication skills
