🌍 Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant – Compensation
Location: Hybrid – Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Gurgaon, Noida, Mumbai, Trivandrum Total Experience: 8+ Years
Fusion Experience: 5+Years
CTC: Up to 40 LPA (Depending on last drawn package)
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days
🔑 Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultant – Compensation to lead and deliver end‑to‑end HCM implementations. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in Workforce Compensation and Core HR, coupled with strong client‑facing and leadership skills.
đź› Key Responsibilities
- Lead and support end‑to‑end HCM implementations (minimum 5, with at least 2 on HCM Cloud).
- Provide expert functional knowledge in Compensation (Workforce Compensation mandatory) and Core HR.
- Drive requirement gathering workshops, solution design, configuration, testing, and go‑live activities.
- Collaborate with clients to resolve complex functional issues and ensure seamless delivery.
- Mentor team members, allocate work, monitor progress, and provide status updates to Project Managers.
- Promote continuous improvement, knowledge sharing, and client engagement excellence.
🎯 Required Skills & Experience
- 8–10 years of domain expertise in HCM covering the hire‑to‑retire cycle.
- Proven track record in Workforce Compensation and Core HR modules.
- In‑depth understanding of HCM Cloud business processes and data flow.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, influencing, and negotiation skills.
- Demonstrated leadership with planning, follow‑up, and team mentorship capabilities.
- Flexibility, organizational awareness, and sensitivity in client interactions.
