Role Description The Oracle GRC Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of Oracle Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) solutions. This full-time, on-site role in Hyderabad involves monitoring control frameworks, managing user access and security settings, and ensuring alignment with regulatory and internal compliance standards. The manager will collaborate with IT, security, audit, and business stakeholders to design and maintain policies, perform risk assessments, and resolve system and process issues. Daily activities include troubleshooting GRC-related incidents, coordinating technical support, optimizing workflows, and leading small project teams to drive continuous improvement in governance and risk management practices.

Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Information Technology skills, with experience in Oracle applications and GRC tools.
- Candidates should possess hands-on Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for resolving Oracle GRC and related system issues.
- Candidates should possess Team Leadership and Team Management skills to guide cross-functional teams and coordinate project activities.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of governance, risk, and compliance frameworks, as well as IT security and audit principles.
- Relevant bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; professional certifications in Oracle or GRC tools are an advantage.
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in on-site roles and familiarity with enterprise environments in Hyderabad or similar markets is beneficial.
