Job Title: Oracle Fusion Solution Architect
Experience Level: 15+ Years (with 3–5 years in Solution Architecture role)
Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Solution Architect to lead end-to-end architecture and solution design for Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations. This role is critical in aligning business processes with Oracle Cloud capabilities across modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, CX, and PPM.
You will be responsible for crafting integrated solutions, ensuring architectural alignment, guiding functional/technical teams, and ensuring successful deployments across global or multi-entity environments.
Key Responsibilities
Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead architecture design for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations (Finance, SCM, HCM, CX, etc.)
- Define end-to-end solution architecture aligning Oracle best practices with business requirements
- Design cross-module and cross-application integrations
- Develop roadmaps for cloud adoption, phased deployments, and transformation strategies
- Collaborate with business leaders, IT teams, and end-users to define solution vision
- Translate complex business requirements into architectural blueprints and system configurations
- Act as the Oracle SME in client workshops and technical discussions
- Ensure adherence to Oracle standards, security protocols, and cloud architecture principles
- Review functional and technical designs for compliance with architectural principles
- Support project governance through design reviews, risk assessments, and mitigation planning
- Oversee integration architecture using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and third-party tools
- Design data migration, conversion, and transformation strategies for Oracle Fusion Cloud
- Define reporting and analytics architecture (BI Publisher, OTBI, etc.)
- Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during implementation
- Lead technical teams in solution configuration, customization, and delivery
- Conduct solution walkthroughs and architecture reviews
Required Skills and Experience
Core Experience
- 15+ years of Oracle ERP,Fusion experience; 3–5 years as Oracle Fusion Cloud Solution Architect
- End-to-end experience in 2–3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations
- Strong functional understanding of at least two major Oracle Fusion Cloud areas:
- Oracle Financials Cloud (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Tax)
- Oracle SCM Cloud (Inventory, Procurement, Order Management, etc.)
- Oracle HCM Cloud (Core HR, Talent, Payroll, Benefits)
- Oracle CX / Subscription Management / CPQ
Technical & Integration
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), FBDI/ADFdi, PaaS extensions
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and architecture
- API integrations, security design, data security, and user roles
Tools & Technologies
- OTBI, BI Publisher, Smart View, Oracle VBCS
- Familiarity with DevOps tools, Agile delivery models, and project management tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps)
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field
- Oracle Cloud Certification in Architecture or any Fusion application module (preferred)
- TOGAF or any enterprise architecture framework knowledge (bonus)
