Job Description - Oracle Fusion QA Lead

Experience: 6+ years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Testing (Mandatory)

Location: Remote

Notice Period: Immediate Joiner

Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive test plans, test scripts, and test scenarios covering functional, integration, regression, performance, and user acceptance testing. • Coordinate with functional, technical, integration, and data migration teams to ensure aligned testing across PTP, OTC, RTR, and consolidation processes. • Establish and manage test cycles including SIT, UAT, regression, parallel testing, and cutover validation. • Validate end-to-end cross-module business flows including Procure-to-Pay, Order-to Cash, Record-to-Report, and EPM data integrations. • Review and validate data migration quality, reconciliation results, and transactional data accuracy across testing cycles. • Oversee creation of test data sets, ensuring availability and accuracy for each region and test cycle (Canada, EMEA, APAC). • Manage defect lifecycle including triage, prioritization, assignment, tracking, and resolution across all workstreams. • Ensure correct testing and validation of integrations built using OIC, ODI, FDI, ADW, and FBDI/ADFDI-based data flows. • Validate BI Publisher, OTBI, Smart View, and EPM financial reports for accuracy, security, and consistency. • Define and enforce test governance, reporting standards, and quality metrics (pass/fail criteria, defect leakage, coverage scores). • Collaborate with release management teams to support quarterly Oracle updates, impact assessments, and regression certification. • Provide leadership to offshore/onshore testers, ensuring consistent execution and adherence to testing processes. • Support UAT readiness, business training, and pre-go-live user validation workshops.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field. • 8 years of QA experience with 7+ years focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP testing. • Strong hands-on experience testing Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement, and FAH; working knowledge of EPM (FCCS/EPBCS). • Deep understanding of end-to-end ERP processes: PTP, OTC, RTR, financial consolidations, and reporting. • Experience with integration testing involving OIC, ODI, FDI, ADW, REST/SOAP APIs, and FBDI-based processes. • Strong SQL skills for data validation, reconciliation, and test data preparation. • Experience managing SIT/UAT cycles, regression frameworks, and large multi-region test programs. • Hands-on familiarity with test tools (ALM/JIRA/Azure DevOps), defect management, and traceability matrix development. • Strong analytical, documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
