Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Time & Labor (OTL) and Core HR modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in end-to-end implementations, configuration, and support within Oracle HCM Cloud.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud modules, with a strong focus on Time & Labor (OTL) and Core HR.
- Gather, analyze, and translate business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
- Configure and maintain OTL components including time rules, time calculation, approvals, and scheduling.
- Perform Core HR configurations such as enterprise/workforce structures, legal entities, and HR setups.
- Develop and manage Fast Formulas, HDL/HSDL, and HCM Extracts.
- Design and generate OTBI and BI Publisher reports based on business needs.
- Execute SIT, UAT, and production deployments, ensuring system quality and stability.
- Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot issues, and manage enhancements.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud, with strong hands-on expertise in Time & Labor (OTL) and Core HR.
- Proven experience in end-to-end HCM implementations (at least 1-2 full lifecycle projects).
- Strong hands-on experience in:
- OTL configurations (time rules, calculations, scheduling, approvals)
- Core HR setups (enterprise structure, workforce structure, legal entities)
- Fast Formulas (Time & Labor and HR use cases)
- HDL / HSDL and HCM Extracts
- OTBI & BI Publisher reporting
