Job description:
We are looking for an Oracle Fusion HCM Sr. Techno-Functional Analyst to design, develop, and support solutions for HR processes. The role involves working on Time & Labor, Absences, Payroll modules, enabling digital transformation initiatives, and providing technical expertise in Fusion HCM implementations, upgrades, and support.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a product expert for Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Time & Labor, Absences, Payroll).
- Configure, troubleshoot, and resolve technical and functional issues.
- Lead testing and support activities for upgrades, deployments, and implementations.
- Participate in Agile Scrum calls and provide product/technical updates.
- Document solutions, create process flows, and provide knowledge transfer to peers and business users.
- Develop, customize, and maintain BI reports and HCM interfaces.
- Implement Fast Formulas, HSDL/HDL, UDTs, and dynamic lookups as needed.
- Support technical L3 issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams for solutions.
Required Skills & Experience
- Minimum 5 years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.
- Strong understanding of Hire-to-Retire business processes.
- Hands-on experience in at least 2 modules among Time & Labor, Absence, Payroll.
- Experience with 2+ Fusion HCM implementations.
- Functional expertise in solutioning, configuration, setups, and Fast Formulas.
- Strong consulting, fit/gap analysis, and business analysis skills.
- Knowledge of HCM table structures, data flows, and reporting (BI/OTBI).
- Familiarity with Agile methodology and support management processes.
- Strong communication and presentation skills; able to work in a matrixed, global environment.
Education & Certification
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MCA.
- Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud certification (Specialist or Implementor) preferred.
Nice-to-Have
- Exposure to other HCM modules beyond T&L, Absence, and Payroll.
- Experience in Functional Setup Manager and sandbox personalization.
- Knowledge of SDLC concepts, Waterfall methodology, and release management.
