Role- Oracle Fusion HCM (Payroll Module)
Experience- 4-7 Years.
Location- CHENNAI
Quick Joiners- Max to 45 Days of joining.
Key Responsibilities
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM.
- Good knowledge in Oracle Fusion Payroll(US)
- Good knowledge on payroll concepts Elements, Balances, Payroll Relationship, Calculation cards, costing, US Taxation, Reporting etc.
- Hands on experience with creating Fast Formulas across all the key modules, Fusion Reporting tools like BIP, OTBI.
- Hands on experience with HCM Data Loader (HDL) • HCM. Able to do technical validation before loading the data based on the data object definition.
- Experience of working on large scale, complex transformation projects.
- Work with the functional team and prepare and load HCM Data Loader files.
- Investigate and resolve HCM data loader import and load errors. Basic understanding of Core HCM - Person Management, Assignment, Talent Profiles, Workforce structures, Compensation etc.
- Experience with quarterly patch update testing and rollout • Oracle Integration Cloud experience is a PLUS
- Knowledgeable of Agile Concepts and Toolsets (Sprint Planning, User Stories, and/or Jira, etc.)
- Strong understanding of company and Industry standards and best practices in all areas of technology delivery
- Ability to effectively interface with all departments within an organization and IT
- Ability to work with limited supervision, having significant latitude for independent judgment
- Strong communication skills to collaborate, influence, and persuade others
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create and present concepts and recommendations to senior management
