Job Title: Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant with strong expertise in configuration and stakeholder management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and configure Oracle Fusion HCM modules (Core HR, Absence, Payroll/OTL as required)
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions
- Support SIT and UAT cycles, including defect tracking and resolution
- Perform data loading activities using HDL/HSDL or relevant tools
- Manage and configure security roles and access controls
- Support and coordinate integrations with other systems
- Ensure smooth implementation and provide post-go-live support
Required Skills:
- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM configuration
- Expertise in modules such as Core HR, Absence, Payroll or OTL
- Experience in SIT/UAT support and data migration (HDL/HSDL)
- Knowledge of security roles and user access management
- Exposure to integrations (OIC/REST/SOAP) is a plus
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
