Job Description
Must Have Skills:
- Oracle Fusion HCM
- Oracle Learning Cloud (Primary Skill)
- VB Studio (Redwood UI)
- Core HR / Talent / ORC / Compensation (Any 1 Secondary Module)
- Functional Consulting
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (HR / IT preferred)
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM
- Strong expertise in Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC)
- Experience working as a Functional Consultant
- Knowledge of VB Studio for Redwood UI customization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Expertise in at least one secondary module:
- Core HR
- Talent Management
- ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
- Compensation
- Strong understanding of business processes and HR workflows
- Experience in implementation and support projects
- Good stakeholder communication and requirement gathering skills
Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion HCM modules
- Work extensively on Oracle Learning Cloud (OLC)
- Customize UI using VB Studio (Redwood)
- Support and enhance existing HCM solutions
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations and extensions
- Ensure smooth delivery of HR transformation projects
