FUNCTIONAL EXPERTISE :
Finance: GL (Accounting & Reporting), AP (Payables), AR (Receivables), FA (Assets), CM (Cash Mgmt)
SCM: Procurement, Inventory, Order Management, Product Hub (PIM)
🔧 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Understand, map, and document business processes and client requirements
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Finance/SCM modules as per business needs
- Perform Fit-Gap Analysis and prepare functional design documents
- Support data migration, SIT, UAT, and cutover activities
- Provide post-go-live support and resolve functional issues
- Collaborate with technical teams for reports, integrations, and customizations
- Prepare user manuals and training materials and conduct training sessions
- Stay updated with Oracle Fusion releases, patches, and new features
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, ownership, and a positive attitude
💼 Preferred Skillset :
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Fusion modules (Finance and/or SCM) or Oracle E-Business Suite
- Must have worked on at least one full-cycle implementation project
