Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate will lead finance transformation initiatives, implementations, rollouts, and support engagements across Oracle Fusion environments. The role requires strong functional leadership, hands-on configuration experience, and the ability to independently drive finance solution design.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation, rollout, enhancement, upgrade, or support engagements for Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Drive solution design and architecture for finance modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), Cash Management (CM), and Subledger Accounting (SLA).
- Engage with finance stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Provide functional leadership across all project lifecycle phases- requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing, go-live, hypercare, and post-production support.
- Conduct CRPs, workshops, UAT sessions, and end-user training.
- Manage data migration, reconciliation, and validation activities within Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, reporting, and extensions.
- Ensure adherence to accounting standards, compliance requirements, and best practices within Oracle Fusion Finance.
- Support period-end and year-end financial closing processes.
- Oracle EBS Finance knowledge or migration exposure will be considered an added advantage.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Oracle Financials with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials.
- Proven experience leading Oracle Fusion Finance implementations or transformation programs.
- Strong functional knowledge of GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA, and financial close processes.
- Experience with Fusion reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, or Smart View is preferred.
- Exposure to Oracle EBS Financials or EBS-to-Fusion migration projects is an added advantage.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, compliance, and financial reporting.
- Oracle Fusion Financials certification is a plus.
