🚀 Job Opportunity: Oracle Cloud Finance Functional Lead
Location: Remote (Virtual Interview) Experience Required: 7+ years (5+ years in Oracle Fusion) Availability: Immediate Joiners
🔑 Key Modules
- General Ledger (GL) & Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Tax
- Lease Management
📌 Role Requirements
- 7+ years of consulting experience with at least 5 years in Oracle ERP/Cloud Financials.
- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Cloud Financials.
- 2–3 full life cycle implementations of Oracle ERP/Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, solution design, UAT/CRP/SIT.
- Ability to lead workshops (process, design, configuration, testing, validation).
- Awareness of Oracle Cloud Journeys solution rollout.
- Skilled in documenting design, testing reports, interface testing, and conversion testing.
- Strong remote collaboration skills with end-users.
- Deep understanding of GL, AR, Tax, and Lease Management modules.
- Familiarity with project implementation methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid Agile).
🎯 Responsibilities
- Advise on best practices and map business processes to Oracle Cloud functionality.
- Document requirements, configure application functionality, and assist with testing.
- Lead talent and recruiting work streams.
- Ensure smooth delivery of workshops and testing phases.
