Job Overview
We are looking for experienced Oracle Fusion CX Consultants with strong expertise in Fusion Sales (CX Sales) and Fusion Incentive Compensation, including Redwood UI customization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementations, enhancements, and functional configuration of Oracle CX products.
Mandatory Skills
• Oracle Fusion Sales (CX Sales)
• Fusion Incentive Compensation
• Redwood UI Customization
• Minimum 6+ years of experience working with Oracle Fusion Sales, Service, and Incentive Compensation
• Experience in 2–3 implementation or enhancement projects
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze existing systems and business processes to identify new requirements and system enhancements.
• Design and propose optimal solutions for customization, extension, and integration within Oracle CX products.
• Configure and customize Oracle CX modules including:
• Custom Objects
• Redwood UI Customization
• Workflows
• Triggers and Email Alerts
• Data Migration
• OTBI Analytics
• Develop unit test scripts and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients.
• Understand system dependencies and identify interactions between multiple CX components.
• Lead design and solution discussions with stakeholders and clients.
Required Skills
• Strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle CX applications
• Experience in solution design, configuration, and integrations
• Strong functional knowledge of Oracle CX modules
• Excellent communication and client-handling skills
• Ability to lead solution discussions and drive implementation activities
