Job Title: Oracle Fusion Compensation & Benefits Cloud Functional Consultant

Job Description:
- Functional consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Compensation and Benefits Cloud
- Experience across Total Rewards including Compensation, Benefits, Salary Administration, and Oracle ME self-service
- Ability to bridge HR business processes with Oracle Fusion HCM configuration
- Expertise in global compensation and benefits program implementation
Core Responsibilities
- Configure and manage Oracle Workforce Compensation (CWB) cycles
- Design merit, bonus, stock, and equity compensation plans
- Configure Individual Compensation plans for spot awards, allowances, and relocation pay
- Set up Salary Basis, Salary Ranges, Grade Rates, and Grade Ladders
- Configure Benefits Programs, Plan Types, Plans, and Options
- Manage eligibility profiles and derived factors (Age, LOS, Hours, Compensation)
- Configure Life Events including hire, marriage, birth, divorce, termination, and open enrollment
- Develop Benefits Fast Formulas for eligibility, rates, coverage, and imputed income
- Configure Flex Credit programs and Total Compensation Statements
- Design and support 834 EDI carrier extracts and SFTP integrations
- Build compensation analytics using OTBI and Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics
- Implement Oracle Compensation AI agents and self-service compensation tools
- Support Benefits-to-Payroll integration and ACA compliance setup
- Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, stakeholder workshops, and sign-off activities
- Prepare configuration workbooks and functional design documents

- Knowledge of country-specific pay equity regulations
- Experience with Talent Calibration and Review Workspace
- Exposure to Oracle AI-driven Compensation tools
