Oracle Cloud Tech - Oracle Developer (BI Publisher) Support (2–6 Years)

Provide L2/L3 production support for Oracle BI Publisher reports in Oracle Fusion.
Handle incidents, service requests, and report-related user issues.
Develop and modify BI Publisher reports, data models, and RTF templates.
Troubleshoot report failures, bursting issues, and scheduling problems.
Write and optimize SQL queries for report data extraction.
Support report migrations, enhancements, and performance tuning.
Ensure timely resolution of tickets as per SLA in a support environment.
Work with functional and technical teams to gather reporting requirements and resolve issues.
