Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM OTL Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring OTL, time entry processing, Fast Formula development, time calculation rules, and reconciliation of approved hours for Payroll integration. Candidates with end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation experience will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure and maintain Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL) based on business requirements.
- Configure Time Entry Profiles, Time Entry Layouts, Time Processing Profiles, Time Categories, and related OTL components.
- Manage time entry processing, validation, approvals, and exception handling.
- Configure and test Time Calculation Rules for overtime, shift differentials, holidays, and other attendance scenarios.
- Develop, modify, and troubleshoot Oracle Fast Formulas related to Time and Labor.
- Validate and reconcile approved work hours before transferring them to Oracle Payroll.
- Support Payroll integration by ensuring accurate transfer of approved time entries.
- Participate in requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, UAT, and production support.
- Troubleshoot functional issues related to OTL configuration and Payroll integration.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scenarios, and user training materials.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and Payroll stakeholders throughout the implementation lifecycle.
Required Skills
- 6–10 years of Oracle HCM experience.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Time and Labor (OTL).

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects.
- Experience with Oracle Payroll integration.
- Oracle HCM Cloud Certification is an added advantage.
- Experience working in global implementation projects.
