Job Title: Oracle Functional Consultant (EBS Upgrade 12.2.15)

We are looking for a highly skilled Oracle Functional Consultant to join our technical team for an Oracle E-Business Suite upgrade project. The role focuses on transitioning from version 12.2.9 to 12.2.15, ensuring functional excellence and system stability throughout the upgrade lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Functional Validation: Lead testing across core Finance, HR, and Procurement modules.
- Regression Testing: Execute rigorous testing to ensure existing 12.2.9 functionalities remain unbroken post-upgrade.
- Customization Review: Validate and test custom reports, alerts, notifications, and personalization’s for 12.2.15 compatibility.
- Integration Testing: Certify and validate data mapping for active interfaces and third-party integrations.
- UAT Support: Provide remote assistance to business users during User Acceptance Testing and manage functional configuration tweaks.
- Defect Management: Participate in defect triaging to categorize issues and ensure resolution according to project SLAs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- EBS Expertise: Extensive functional experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 architecture.
- Upgrade Experience: Proven track record in Oracle EBS version upgrades, specifically moving to 12.2.15.
- Module Mastery: Deep functional knowledge of Oracle Finance, HR (HCM), and Procurement modules.
- Testing Documentation: Proficient in developing functional test scripts, test cases, and managing UAT sign-off certificates.
- Methodology: Solid understanding of the functional impacts of the Oracle ADOP (Online Patching) cycle.
- Collaboration: Excellent communication skills for remote synchronization and daily project stand-ups.
