Job Title: Oracle HCM Functional Consultant (Oracle Cloud HCM – Redwood)
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 6–12 Years

Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Redwood UX and end-to-end functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud HCM implementations, business process consulting, configuration, testing, and production support.
Key Responsibilities
- Configure, implement, and support Oracle Cloud HCM modules based on business requirements.
- Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, prepare functional documentation, and support UAT.
- Lead configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Drive adoption and configuration of Oracle Redwood UX across HCM applications.
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to deliver HR digital transformation initiatives.
- Support quarterly Oracle Cloud releases, enhancements, and issue resolution.

Desired Experience
- 6–12 years of overall experience with 4+ years in Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Consulting.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle Redwood UX implementation/configuration.
- Experience in at least 2 end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation projects.
- Strong stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification will be an added advantage.
Preferred Industry: Manufacturing, Renewable Energy, Engineering, EPC, or Large Enterprise organizations.
Immediate Joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 30 days will be given preference.
