Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Supply Chain – Cost Management Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Costing, Inventory, and Manufacturing processes. The candidate will work directly with business users and project teams to support, troubleshoot, and implement solutions within the Oracle Fusion Supply Chain ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Functional Consulting
- Work closely with business users as a functional expert in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain – Cost Management.
- Gather and analyze business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis.
- Translate business requirements into functional design and configuration documents.
- Explain business processes and system requirements to project team members.
Implementation & Documentation
- Prepare project documentation including:
- Solution Design Documents
- Functional Specifications
- Configuration Setup Documents
- SIT / UAT Test Scripts
- Training Materials
- Configure system setups and validate solutions in test environments.
Support & Issue Resolution
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments.
- Investigate and resolve errors related to inventory, receiving, and manufacturing transactions.
- Support cost accounting execution and costing period close activities.
Testing & Validation
- Design and execute test scenarios in SIT, UAT, and other test environments.
- Ensure solutions meet business requirements and system integration needs.
Customer Engagement
- Work with large enterprise customers.
- Participate in customer discussions, workshops, and support activities.
- Provide guidance and training to business users when required.
Mandatory Skills
Candidates must have 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain – Cost Management with strong hands-on knowledge in the following modules:

- Inventory Management
- Procurement
- Order Management
Product Data Modules
- Product Information Management (PIM)
- Product Lifecycle Management (PLM)
Required Competencies
- Strong understanding of end-to-end cost management processes
- Experience with cost accounting execution and GL postings
- Knowledge of item attributes and inventory transactions
- Experience with costing period close activities
- Ability to troubleshoot costing errors related to inventory, receiving, and manufacturing
- Experience working with large enterprise customers and system integrations
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer-facing abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
