We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in India Payroll. The role involves end‑to‑end implementation, configuration, and support of HCM modules, with a strong focus on payroll processing, statutory compliance, and localization for India.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead implementation and support of Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Compensation (optional).
- Conduct requirement workshops, design functional solutions, and configure workflows.
- Manage India Payroll setup: salary structures, elements, balances, formulas, and monthly/off‑cycle payroll runs.
- Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS) and handle reporting, Form 16, and full & final settlements.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations (bank, third‑party vendors), reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher, HCM Extracts), and data migration.
- Provide post‑go‑live support, payroll reconciliation, and audit compliance.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8–15+ years in HR/Payroll systems.
- Minimum 2–3 end‑to‑end Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
- Strong hands‑on experience in India Payroll configuration and statutory compliance.
- Expertise in payroll processing, reconciliation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of HCM Extracts, Fast Formulas, and HDL.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Oracle E‑Business Suite HRMS (India Payroll).
- Oracle HCM Cloud certifications.
- Exposure to global payroll or multi‑country implementations.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management.
- Ability to lead workshops and client discussions.
- Analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
