Hiring Oracle Cloud Financial | ERP Support Engineer-Techno Funcationl
Role : oracle cloud financial functional consultant
Experience : 6-8 Yrs ( Relevant 5+ Yrs)

Position 1 :Oracle financial as primary and secondary on Procurement(p2p) modules,Supply chain mngt,inventory mngt etc..
Position 2: AP consultant,financial,and P2P
# key skills :
- Oracle Cloud Financials modules or Oracle ERP Financials experience, functional or technical, or both.
- Oracle Cloud configurations,writting test cases
- Oracle Financial modules and processes understanding like r2r (gl, Cash Management and Fixed Asset), O2C (AR, Advance Collection, Projects) and p2p (Procurement, ap, Cash collection)
- Preferred fccs, edm and epm experience.
- Integrating to and from Oracle Cloud, data failure and configurations
- Resolve application support issues.
- understand Oracle Cloud configurations, configure Oracle Cloud,writting test cases.

# Roles and Responsibilities:
1.1. Supporting business and technology functions implemented on Oracle Cloud Financials for Europe, North America Business hours and LATAM business hours.
1.2. Co-ordinate with other global Support team based in India on development, testing and execution of technology components in Oracle Cloud.
1.3. Resolving user issues related to Oracle SaaS Procurement, Account Receivables, Advance Collection, General Leader and Financial Cloud, and 3rd party components like OCR tools.
1.4. Additional responsibilities will include collecting requirements for enhancements, projects, executing the requirements through technical development or configurations.
1.5. Supporting Integrating to and from Oracle Cloud, data failure and configurations, coordinating with technical team for integration services.
1.6. Work as part of the Application Support Team to resolve user issues, and application issues. Analyze and provide solutions to user questions and drive resolution in Oracle Cloud. Correct master data and transaction data as required to keep the system healthy.
1.7. Continuous improvement of the process including fixing integration, workflows.
- Critical experience required from the candidates:
2.1. Thrive in a diverse, fast paced environment.
Bachelors degree in business or technology.
5-7 years of relevant experience. Must have Oracle Cloud Financials or Oracle ERP Financials experience, functional or technical, or both.
2.2. Ability to understand Oracle Cloud configurations, configure Oracle Cloud, ability to write and execute test cases for testing.
2.3. For Techno-Functional Oracle Cloud SaaS Experience
- Team player, good communication in English. Good written and verbal communication. Ability to work across different time zones and multiple different countries.
- Understanding of one or multiple Oracle Financial modules and processes. The following Process and Module experience are acceptable: R2R (GL, Cash Management and Fixed Asset), O2C (AR, Advance Collection, Projects) and P2P (Procurement, AP, Cash collection)
- Additional preference for candidates with experience in FCCS, EDM and EPM.
2.4. Ability to successfully manage internal and external expectations around resolution of issues in Oracle Cloud, within timeframes and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
2.5. Possesses a Continuous Service Improvement mindset and strong critical thinking abilities.
2.6. Strong people management skills and ability to build relationships throughout the business at all levels as well as externally.
2.7. Analyzing third-party processes as well as internal processes and creating strategies for process delivery optimization. Ability to create and manage RACI, conflicts and workplan.
