Role Description
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Flexcube Techno-Functional Consultant for a full-time, on-site position at our Bangalore office. The successful candidate will be responsible for configuring, customizing, and implementing Oracle Flexcube Core Banking Solutions to meet client requirements. The role involves gathering and analyzing business requirements, providing solutions by designing workflows, conducting testing, and facilitating seamless implementation. You will also provide technical support, troubleshoot system issues, and assist in integrating Oracle Flexcube with other systems and platforms. Additionally, the role necessitates collaboration with functional and technical teams to ensure successful project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Oracle Flexcube modules and functionalities, with the ability to configure and customize solutions for core banking operations.
- Experience with business analysis, requirement gathering, and designing workflows tailored to client needs.
- Proficiency in technical tools and languages for Oracle Flexcube, including SQL, PL/SQL, and Java. Knowledge of integration methodologies and APIs is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and provide effective technical support.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction, requirement discussion, and delivering presentations.
- Experience in implementing and supporting banking technology for financial institutions, including understanding banking processes and regulatory requirements.
- Project management and teamwork abilities with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes within tight deadlines.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline. Relevant Oracle Flexcube certifications will be an advantage.
