We are looking for a skilled Application Lead with expertise in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) to join our team in Hyderabad. In this role, you will lead the design, development, and configuration of applications while acting as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and project teams.
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality financial consolidation solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring applications meet business and technical requirements.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead the design, development, and configuration of applications using Oracle FCC
✔ Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders and project teams
✔ Collaborate with business teams to gather and analyze requirements
✔ Oversee development activities and ensure applications meet functional and technical specifications
✔ Troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues
✔ Participate actively in team discussions and solution design
✔ Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
✔ Facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team expertise
✔ Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize application performance
✔ Support integration activities and data migration processes
🎯 Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ 4+ years of experience in Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC)
✔ Strong understanding of financial reporting and consolidation processes
✔ Experience with application design and architecture principles
✔ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively
✔ Familiarity with data integration and migration strategies
✔ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
✔ Experience working in collaborative and Agile team environments
