Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Oracle Finance Presales Consultant with 6–7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials. The role involves supporting sales initiatives by providing functional expertise, conducting product demonstrations, and engaging with clients to design effective Oracle Finance solutions. The candidate should be available to join immediately and flexible to travel for client engagements.
Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose Oracle Fusion Finance solutions.
• Deliver engaging product demonstrations, presentations, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Analyze client business processes and map them to Oracle Financial modules.
• Prepare high-quality solution documents, proposals, and RFP/RFI responses.
• Provide expertise in Oracle Financial modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets (FA), and Cash Management (CM).
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, effort estimation, and deal strategy.
• Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure a smooth transition from presales to implementation.
• Stay updated with Oracle Fusion Cloud features and industry best practices.
Required Skills
• 6–7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Financials.
• Strong functional knowledge of finance cycles: Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R).
• Experience in presales, solution consulting, or functional consulting roles.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
• Ability to design solutions and articulate business value effectively.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of SCM/PPM/EPM.
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations.
• Oracle Financials certification (Fusion/EBS) is an added advantage.
• Working knowledge or exposure to Oracle EBS would be an added advantage.
• Exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, Retail, or BFSI.

• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
