Role Description This is a full-time remote role for an Oracle Finance Consultant at Trinamix Inc. The consultant will design, configure, and support Oracle Finance modules, ensuring alignment with clients’ business processes and financial objectives. Daily responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, mapping processes to Oracle Cloud Finance solutions, and preparing functional specifications and documentation. The role involves leading or supporting implementations, performing system testing, guiding data migration activities, and troubleshooting issues in collaboration with technical teams. The consultant will also conduct user training, support go-live and post-production activities, and provide expert guidance on best practices to improve financial reporting, compliance, and overall system performance.
Qualifications
- Strong background in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to interpret financial statements and business processes.
- Demonstrated Analytical Skills and Financial Planning capabilities to assess requirements and optimize Oracle Finance configurations.
- Consulting experience, including client-facing work, solution design, and stakeholder communication in Oracle Finance implementations.
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud ERP/Finance modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable/Receivable, Fixed Assets) and related integrations.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively with global teams.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong documentation and presentation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; professional certifications in Oracle or finance (e.g., CPA, CMA, Oracle Cloud certifications) are a plus.
