Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant with strong functional expertise in finance operations and Oracle Finance systems. The ideal candidate will play a key role in transforming and automating finance processes by combining deep accounting knowledge with technology-driven automation solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze, map, and optimize end-to-end finance processes including:
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
- Order-to-Cash (O2C)
- Record-to-Report (R2R)
- FP&A processes
- Identify automation opportunities and recommend process improvement initiatives.
- Design, configure, and implement automation solutions within Oracle Finance environments.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT, and business stakeholders to improve operational efficiency, controls, and reporting accuracy.
- Manage integrations and data flows between Oracle Finance and other enterprise systems.
- Support automation initiatives using tools such as RPA, workflow automation, and analytics platforms.
- Participate in testing, UAT, deployment, user training, and post-implementation support.
- Ensure process compliance, documentation, and governance standards are maintained.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related discipline.
- 4+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant.
- Strong understanding of core finance and accounting principles.
- Experience working across finance modules and enterprise finance workflows.
- Knowledge of finance automation tools such as:
- Power Automate
- UiPath
- Alteryx
- Other RPA/workflow platforms
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in finance transformation or digital automation initiatives.
- Exposure to ERP integrations and reporting/analytics solutions.
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies and automation best practices.
