Fusion Artificial Intelligence Data Platform (FAIDP) Senior Associate (4 - 9 Years of experience)
As a Senior Associate in Fusion Artificial Intelligence Data Platform practice, you will collaborate with both technical and project teams to deliver state-of-the-art reporting solutions on Oracle cloud platforms for our Fortune 1000 clients. You will operate at the intersection of business, data, and technology, enabling clients to harness structured and unstructured data for advanced analytics and AI-driven insights. This role offers you the chance to contribute to a variety of projects, including the development of new Oracle cloud solutions, the migration of applications to a hybrid cloud environment (on-premise and cloud), and the deployment of global cloud applications across multiple countries. Our teams boast a diverse skill set, continually seeking innovative strategies to drive clients to success. Your primary responsibility will be to develop customer solutions using Oracle's analytics offerings, including FAIDP, Oracle Analytics Cloud, Oracle Data Visualization, Oracle Fusion Cloud, Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW), cloud data lake architecture, and AI/ML-enabled platforms.
Work You’ll Do
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle Fusion Artificial Intelligence Data Platform Consulting Manager to lead our FAIDP consulting practice. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Oracle Fusion applications, data analytics, business intelligence, Oracle data Integrator, data lake and warehouse, GenAI Services and AI/ML platforms. This role is responsible for leading a team of consultants, overseeing project delivery, and ensuring the successful implementation of FAIDP solutions for our clients.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Collaborate with clients to comprehend their business needs and objectives, designing data intelligence solutions that align with their strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of Oracle Fusion applications and their integration with data intelligence tools and technologies.
- Provide technical expertise and thought leadership in Oracle Fusion Artificial Intelligence Data Platform, keeping abreast of industry trends and best practices.
- Architect and implement scalable solutions leveraging Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), Fusion AIDP, ADW and ODI.
- Design modern data architecture including data lake, warehouse, and hybrid platforms integrating Oracle and non-Oracle sources, and drive adoption of AIDP frameworks for advanced analytics and AI/ML.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Possess and leverage experience in reporting on Oracle Fusion Applications.
- Develop and implement reporting solutions using Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC) and Fusion Artificial Intelligence Data Platform (FAIDP).
- Demonstrate working knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications across modules such as Human Capital Management (HCM), Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Customer Experience (CX), or Supply Chain Management (SCM).
- Understand Fusion data sources, PVO mappings, and key columns in each PVO, along with Business Intelligence Cloud Connector (BICC) and Universal Content Management (UCM).
- Understanding of FAIDP projects, including configurations, pipeline initiation, measure validation, out-of-the-box project decks, and implementation processes.
- Manage the provisioning of FAIDP instances, configure sources, and deploy Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) marketplace instances.
- Extend semantic models and perform data augmentation and custom ETL extensions in FAIDP implementations.
- Understand FAIDP security architecture and customize data integrations from non-Oracle sources.
- Design and build RPD data models and develop reports using OAC.
- Comprehend data warehouse models and ODI integrations.
- Produce high-quality code with a thorough understanding of the tools, including code peer review and automated unit testing.
- Conduct system analysis, adhere to technical design, and engage in development activities.
- Collaborate with the team members, participating in design meetings, daily stand-ups, and backlog grooming sessions.
- Develop and document unit tests, working with cross-functional teams to create robust reporting solutions.
Technical Requirements
- Education: B.E./B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (Computer Science)
- Proficient in all aspects of OAC development
- Good understanding of Data warehouse & Data Lake Solutions, FAIDP, Semantic Model/RPD, OAC reports, data visualizations, SQL, ODI, GenAI Services and AI/ML platforms.
- Experience with one or more relational databases on Oracle
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud migrations and OBIEE upgrades
- Experience in developing applications on Oracle Cloud Infrastructure
- Understanding of Agile development processes
- Basic understanding of Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM, CX (Fusion) Modules
- Technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications/Modules
Consulting Requirements
