Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Oracle FDI (Fusion Data Intelligence) and Oracle AI DP Developer with hands-on experience in modern data pipelines and ETL processes. The ideal candidate will build and support scalable data solutions using Oracle Cloud technologies for enterprise analytics and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain data pipelines using Oracle Cloud data services
Work with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI) for dashboards and analytics
Build and orchestrate workflows in Autonomous Intelligent Data Platform (AIDP) including AI/ML implementation
Design and implement ETL/ELT processes for batch and incremental data loads
Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, APIs, flat files)
Ensure data quality, governance, and consistency across platforms
Optimize performance of data pipelines and queries
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data requirements and delivery
Support CI/CD and deployment automation for data workflows
Required Qualifications (Must Have)
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field
2–5 years of experience in data engineering / BI
Hands-on experience with Oracle AIDP
Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence (FDI)
Strong experience in ETL/ELT pipeline development
Advanced SQL and data modeling skills
Experience working in cloud environments (preferably OCI or equivalent)
Core Technical Skills (Oracle Cloud Stack)
Hands-on experience with the following tools/services:
OCI Data Integration – for building and managing ETL pipelines
OCI Data Flow (Apache Spark) – for large-scale data processing
Autonomous Data Warehouse (ADW) – for analytics and data warehousing
OCI Object Storage – for staging and data lake storage
OCI Data Catalog – for metadata management and governance
OCI Streaming Service (nice to have) – for real-time data ingestion
OCI Functions / OCI Events (nice to have) – for serverless automation
OCI Identity and Access Management (IAM) – for access control and security
Preferred Skills
Experience with Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) or similar ETL tools
Knowledge of Python / PySpark for data processing
Familiarity with REST APIs and data integration patterns
Experience with BI tools:
Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
Tableau / Power BI
Understanding of data governance and security best practices
Exposure to CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins, etc.)
Soft Skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy
Nice to Have
Oracle Cloud certifications (OCI Data Engineering, Architect, etc.)
Experience with real-time/streaming pipelines
Familiarity with lakehouse architecture and modern data platforms
