Role Description
BASIC PURPOSE:
The Oracle ERP/HCM Security Administrator will be responsible for designing and maintaining all Oracle Fusion Cloud security related configurations. They will also design and perform routine audits and work to remediate issues/deficiencies.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Oversee day-to-day tasks related to Oracle Fusion Cloud security in ERP and HCM.
- Design and implement security configuration to align with best practices and company policies.
- Identify and remediate application security risks.
- Create and maintain security roles, c.g. job roles, duty roles, data roles.
- Ensure appropriate documentation is being created.
- Ensure thorough and relevant security testing is completed and properly documented.
- Work with Internal Audit to ensure we are aligning with SOD best practices.
- Design/create robust reporting to facilitate internal/external audits.
- Validate that all security documentation is complete and accurate.
- Meet regularly with the IT Director over Corporate Systems to provide status updates and discuss security design and monitoring.
- Execute security tasks in support of the overall application strategy, working closely with the functional, technical, and development teams/leads.
- Provide general guidance on security solutions.
- All other duties as assigned.

- Reports to the Director, IT Applications

Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in information systems/technology, or a related field, preferred.
- 5+ years designing/implementing security with enterprise level ERP systems, e.g. Oracle Cloud
ER/HCM, PeopleSoft.
- Functional knowledge of typical ERP modules. This includes, but is not limited to, HR, Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Billing, GL.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the comfort and ability to present to both functional and technical stakeholders.
