Overall Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Solution Architect with 10+ years of IT experience, including 8+ years in Oracle EPM/Hyperion. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FCCS, PBCS/EPBCS, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reporting, and enterprise performance management.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations, enhancements, solution architecture, and technical design.
- Gather business requirements and design planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, reporting, workforce planning, CAPEX planning, and profitability management solutions.
- Develop and administer EPBCS/PBCS, FCCS, Essbase, OACS, including business rules, calculation scripts, data maps, Smart Push, task lists, dashboards, reports, and Smart View.
- Design intercompany eliminations, currency translation, and manage Data Management/FDMEE, ERP integrations, and data migration.
- Support testing, UAT, deployment, migration, production support, client workshops, and mentor junior consultants.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 10+ years of IT experience with 8+ years in Oracle EPM/Hyperion.
- Strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, Hyperion Planning, Essbase, FCCS, PBCS/EPBCS, Smart View, Financial Reporting, OACS, MAXL, SQL, and Data Management/FDMEE.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP integrations, Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EPM Cloud, Anaplan, or IBM Planning Analytics.
Preferred Certifications:
- Oracle Cloud EPM Implementation Professional.
- Oracle Enterprise Performance Management Cloud Certification.
- Oracle Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS/EPBCS) Certification.
